![]() ![]() Consultation - Our initial in-Home meeting can be very informative. A walk-thru inspection and a review of your ideas, rough plans & options will generally lead to a rough cost-estimate. This will be invaluable for early-stage decision making. Feasibility - Building Code requirements and structural issues can usually be addressed in this first meeting. We can also solicit opinions from City Planning personnel, engineers or other professionals, if more in-depth information is required. Cost Projection - When space planning or conceptual drawings are available, your rough estimate can be refined. And when preliminary construction drawings and specification sheets have been prepared, a "Formal Bid" Package can be generated with accuracy. Design/Drawings - Most space planning & conceptual drawings are done internally. However, if construction drawings are required for your Project, we would involve an Architect, Architectural Designer, Engineer and/or Interior Designer, or work with yours. Permitting - This process can be frustrating and time consuming for the uninitiated. We can assemble and submit Application Packages and provide guidance that can expedite approvals, particularly for Development Permits. Construction - We are experienced managers of all facets of this detailed process, from assembling/assessing supplier bids, purchasing and Project scheduling to Trade/site supervision, quality control and of course, regular communication with Customers. Post Construction - In addition to our standard one year materials/workmanship Warranty and Warranties provided by various product manufacturers, we also provide specialized "third-party" protection (National Home Warranty Program). And, if you have a problem or a question? Call us anytime about anything. |
